Rooted in community. Growing hope. Building opportunity. Restoring dignity.
Sogolon Foundation is a women-led nonprofit restoring dignity and expanding opportunity for women and children in rural regions of Côte d’Ivoire. Through health, education, legal advocacy, and economic empowerment, we create pathways to healing, learning, and leadership.
This December, Sogolon Foundation is launching its first community initiative in Côte d’Ivoire — a holiday drive to bring smiles and hope to children. Even the smallest act of kindness can change a life. This season, we’re starting with love, intention, and faith that one gesture can ripple far beyond itself. In partnership with GreenTrip, we’re collecting donations to provide toys, school supplies, and warm meals for children in a small village, just 80 miles from Abidjan, the capital. This isn’t only about gifts; it’s about carrying love, dignity, and connection into the heart of a community that deserves to be seen.
$1 = 600 CFA - helps move us closer to a meal or small gift.
$5 = 3000 CFA - covers one full gift for a child.
The trip is fully funded, so 100% of donations go directly to the children.
